The Connect Platform by Jayex is much more than the market leading patient check-in and calling solution suite. With over 3000 customers, Connect delivers a comprehensive ecosystem of related tools, which simplify and enhance the operational and patient engagement processes within GP practices.

Connect is a secure, cloud-based suite of integrated products for GP practices. Through our newest Patient Check-in and Calling service, QView, patients can clearly see their position in the queue, even if EMIS, SystmOne or Vision are temporarily unavailable. At a PCN/ICB level, patient wait times and DNA stats are displayed on a Dashboard to provide a holistic view of reception.

What do you do if your clinical system is down? Connect keeps your busy practice running as our cloud-based system allows patients to be arrived and called in for their appointments and clinicians can still record patient notes, even if EMIS, SystmOne or Vision are unavailable.

Beyond the waiting room, our integrations with Primary Care Clinical Systems allow us to send SMS appointment reminders and reduce digital inequality by presenting digital forms from providers such as AccurX and eConsult on your check-in screen; all powered through the Connect Platform. By making these forms accessible at check-in, we’re including those patients who may otherwise be digitally excluded.

With many more features in development, our modular approach to Connect ensures additional services are simple to add, intuitive to learn and often delivered at no additional cost.
