We are proud to report that our efforts have resulted in an 80%+ customer satisfaction rating that is increasing rapidly, with an average rating currently of 4.5 stars. This reflects our ongoing commitment to listening to customers and continually improving our services based on feedback. Same day technical resolution 

In our commitment to prompt service, more than half of all incidents are resolved same day (not all can be for reasons of complexity). Our goal is to swiftly deliver solutions that minimise any service disruption. This ensures the best experience for staff and patients. 

Optimising incident resolution time 

We are continually reduction the incident resolution time. Over the last six months we’ve reduced the average resolution time 10-fold,a clear testament to our dedicated support team. This ensures minimal practice downtime and maximum efficiency.  

We’re committed to assuring system stability so you can concentrate on providing the best care for patients. 

And we’re not done yet 

Most recently, we have introduced Service Review Meetings which you can book here, giving you the chance to engage directly with our Service Management Team. This helps ensure you’re getting the best out of your products and allows us to deliver improvements and truly exceptional service.
