Accounts & Admin Assistant
We require an additional experienced person to join the Accounts and Admin team.
Applicants should have a pleasant telephone manner, be able to work accurately and with attention to detail. It is essential that applicants are familiar with Excel, and computerized accounting systems. They should be able to demonstrate previous experience. Part qualified candidates are welcome.
You will be based at our head office in Park Royal and so should live within easy access. The tasks are varied and include:
1. Working on computerized accounts system
2. Order acknowledgements / Sales invoicing
3. Accounts Payable
4. Credit Control
5. Dealing with accounts queries
6. Bank Reconciliation
7. Monthly and quarterly reports
8. Assisting with other administration tasks as required
Full Time Position
Normal office hours: 9am - 5pm
Holidays: 23 days + public holidays
